What we need you to bring us All we need is your imagination for your new home design along with your sketches, pictures and idea’s. During the first meeting we will gather information to prepare a non-detailed preliminary drawing. Half of the design fee will be due at this time. From this drawing we will make necessary design changes up to two sets of changes. Then we get back together to finalize the plans and produce a working set of construction drawings. The final fee will then be due and you will have completed your design phase of construction. |
